Twin Cities FSBO is a free homeowner advertising platform operated by WYRE, a Minnesota real estate brokerage. Sell independently, or request professional help whenever you choose. William Yang is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker affiliated with WYRE.

Independent homeowner advertising

Homeowners supply property information and photos. Buyers should independently verify all details. Free advertising, registration and buyer inquiries create no agency relationship and do not enroll anyone in marketing. A free renewal or an optional consultation at expiration does not require hiring WYRE.

Optional professional services

Brokerage representation requires a separate written agreement. WYRE’s advertised full-service listing offer is a 1% listing fee plus a $499 broker administration fee, subject to the agreement and applicable terms. No brokerage service is required to advertise for free.
