The service
Twin Cities FSBO provides homeowner advertising and direct buyer inquiries. WYRE operates the platform. William Yang is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker affiliated with WYRE. Free advertising does not create an agency relationship or an obligation to hire a broker.
Accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 and own the property or have authority to advertise it. Use an email address you control, verify it when requested, keep account access private, and provide accurate information. Email verification confirms access to an email account; it does not establish property ownership. Notify [email protected] about suspected unauthorized use.
Free advertisements and renewal
Basic advertisements are free for 90 days, and renewal for another 90 days is free. There is no automatic charge, required brokerage consultation or paid renewal. You may edit your advertisement, manage photos, mark it pending or sold, or remove it through your dashboard. Expired and removed advertisements stop appearing in public search. New advertisements and substantive changes require review; review timing and publication are not guaranteed.
Your content
Supply accurate property information and update availability promptly. You may submit up to 10 photos and a description of up to 1,000 characters. You must have permission to use every photo and all submitted text. Do not copy MLS material, photographs or other content without the necessary rights. You retain your rights in your content and allow the platform and its service providers to store, optimize, display and deliver it as needed to provide the service. Optimizing photos may change their dimensions or compression.
Prohibited use
Do not submit fraudulent, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or unauthorized advertisements; impersonate another person; expose private information; send spam; attempt to access another account; or interfere with the service. We may hold, reject, suspend or remove advertisements or accounts to address abuse, rights complaints, safety concerns or inaccurate information. Report concerns through the contact page.
Buyer inquiries
Use inquiries for legitimate questions about the advertised property. The seller receives the contact information and message you submit. Messages do not enroll buyers or sellers in marketing. Do not send banking details, identification documents, payment instructions or other sensitive information through an inquiry. Verify identities and transaction instructions independently. The platform does not handle earnest money or complete a purchase agreement.
Property information and availability
Homeowners supply listing information. Buyers must independently verify property facts, condition, ownership, availability and any transaction terms. The platform does not guarantee accuracy, exposure, buyer interest, a sale or uninterrupted availability. Contact support if a technical problem prevents account or listing access.
Optional brokerage help
Professional representation is optional and requires a separate written agreement. WYRE’s advertised full-service listing offer is a 1% listing fee plus a $499 broker administration fee, subject to that agreement and its applicable terms. That offer is separate from this free advertising service.
Account closure and changes
You can remove an advertisement in your dashboard and request account closure by emailing [email protected]. Removal is not the same as immediate deletion of every retained record; see the privacy policy. We may change service features or these terms and will post an updated date. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
