Information we receive
Account information includes your email address and authentication information handled by Supabase. We receive property details, photos and photo-permission certifications you submit, listing status and price changes, buyer inquiry details, and messages you send to support. Security and delivery services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and email-delivery results.
What is public and what stays restricted
Approved, unexpired property advertisements and their photos are public. An address, asking price, description, and other property details you submit may therefore be copied or indexed by others. Seller account email addresses, unpublished drafts, and buyer inquiries are not included in public listing data. Buyer inquiries are available to the relevant seller and authorized operators as needed to operate, support, or protect the service. Do not put private contact details, financial documents, access codes, or sensitive personal information in a public description or photo.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts, moderate advertisements, display approved properties, deliver inquiries and account emails, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Registering or receiving an inquiry does not enroll you in WYRE marketing or create a brokerage relationship. Requesting a consultation is optional and separate from advertising a property.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, DNS and Turnstile spam protection. Supabase provides authentication, database and photo storage. Resend delivers transactional emails. These providers process information needed for those services, potentially outside Minnesota and outside your home jurisdiction. We do not sell buyer-inquiry lists or use advertising trackers on this site.
Browser storage and email
The site stores authentication-session information in your browser so you can stay signed in. Turnstile processes browser and network signals to prevent automated abuse. Transactional emails may include account verification, password recovery, and inquiry notifications. Email alerts are a convenience; the seller dashboard holds the inquiry itself.
Retention and your choices
Advertisements expire from public view after 90 days unless renewed free. Expiration or marking a property removed does not immediately erase the underlying account, photos, inquiry history or security records. We retain information while needed to operate the account, provide support, prevent fraud, or meet recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, account closure or deletion. We verify requests to protect your information. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal obligations, disputes or backups; public copies made by others may remain outside our control.
Age and security
This service is intended for adults. Do not submit information about children. We use account controls, restricted database access, private photo storage and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
